Fanuc M-410iB/700
Robot with integrated cheese cheese controller: for heavy applications of paletizado and of load/downloads
Fanuc Robotics Has launched an especially designed robot to increase the performance of heavy applications of paletizado and of load/downloads. The M-410iB/700 is able to bear until 700 kg of weight. In addition to a big area of work with a rotation of 360° in the axis J1, has a scope of 3.143 mm and a repetibilidad of ± 0,5 mm.
The last model of the series M-410iB, carries the system of wired up of the harp installed through the doll of the robot and no to his around, of this form increases the durability of the same, since it is shorter and does not interfere with the elements of the harp or the pieces. As all the predecessors of the series, the M-410iB/700 is endowed of pedestal, reducing the spaces required in plant and facilitating the transport of the robot. In the pedestal carries integrated cheese cheese the controller R-30iA.
With a marked path of 400 - 2.000 -400 mm reaches a performance of 700 cycles/h. Besides the doll of the robot allows to manipulate pieces with big inertias of work: until 490 kg2.
The robot requires a minimum maintenance since it needs less mechanical components, and to the equal that the rest of the robots Fanuc, does not need any package of special batteries, can use commercial batteries diminishing the costs of maintenance.
The series M-410iB offers 4 different models according to the capacity of load: 160, 300, 450 and 700 kg. All the series has the same spare pieces and a common programming, offering the possibility to change the tools with different capacities of load without need of rediseñar or reprogramar the system.
