Latigea Is a family of compounds in biorresina, that includes the PLA (polymer obtained of the corn), like matrix for a wide fan of thermoplastic of injection, some still developing. This family has composed reinforced with traditional or natural fibres, blends with PC and polyester.

Between the compound bioplásticos, Lati has of the retardante of flame Latigea B01-V0HF, a material formulated without substances that can prejudice the health of the people or the environingingment.

The formula, that fulfils with the normative RoHS and is free of halógenos, red phosphorus, antimony and zinc, does not contain any plastic resin, except the matrix of PLA. This is the reason whereby this material is candidate to consider ecological, although it still is in study his compostabilidad. The behaviour to the flame of Latigea B01-V0HF is very interesting and the results of inflamabilidad, temperature of ignición and CTI are remarkable.
