The mezcladora EBC 25 AV-HT, developed by Comac, possesses a high pair of husillo of 90 Nm in the available speeds of 600, 900 and 1.200 rpm.
The big penetration of the husillo allows a suitable free volume of feeding, that beside the profiles of the sharp teeth of the husillo, facilitate the feeding of the mix with a low apparent density or big sizes. Besides, this allows the feeding and dispersion of big quantities of fibres.
Another characteristic of the team is the modularidad of the husillos and of the cylinder. It stands out also the control of the parameters of process, since Comac has instrumented the traditional unit with a microprocessor with PLC. The unit realises also an excellent exchange of heat.
