The last incorporation to the range of machines to do stock exchanges of Battenfeld

Gloucester is a machine of 70 inches that can be used on line or off line

to produce diverse stock exchanges for consumption or industry with inferior

or lateral welding, so much apiladas as in coil. The servocontrol ensures the precision

and repetibilidad by means of the regulation of multiple axles of movement, including the

speed of the entrance and exit of the roller of compressesion, movement upwards and

down of the cabezal and the distance of the movement. This avoids an excess of tension in the film during the welding and possible breaks in the coil.

The model works to a maximum speed of 450 feet by minute and can realise

200 cycles by minute, both data depending of the type of product. The operative parameters including the programming and the individual formulations enter in a computer and can download for each work. The machine includes an innovative electronic scanner that ensures that the images impresas are in the same position in all the stock exchanges, independently of what pull or relax the film.

The machine is economic, easy to operate and his maintenance is simple.
