Manguitos lijadores: for the work of stainless steels
With the manguitos (bands) lijadores of Pferd work flat and fimbriated surfaces.
The lijado peripheral produces a structure of distinct surface of which obtains with tools of lijado vertical. The manguitos lijadores are conceived for high virutaje of material.
Three variants of bodies of band (portamanguitos).
1. Cylindrical form with slot. The body dilates with the twist and taut the manguito. The material support exists in two degrees of hardness.
2. Cylindrical form with mordazas tensoras. For low diets of revolutions, the manguito tightens automatically.
3. Conical form with slot. Operation with the point 1.
Executions of manguitos lijadores.
- Execution corindón To. Adapted for the general mechanisation of fine steel.
- Execution To-Inox-Forte. These manguitos possess a special face of lijado that favours the amolado fine.
- Execution Z. The abrasive of zirconium (Z) bears the hardest conditions of application, for example, amolado of edges or desbarbar. His aggressive capacity of cutting frees especially with high strength of application. Excellent start of material, amolado soft, especially with grains bastos.
