The centre of mechanised vertical of 5 axles MX-850 offers the capacities of 5 fundamental axles derivatives of the development of the Series MAM72 and is the answer to the demand of some models of price more reduced and keeping similar performance. It offers multiple functions of support so that the new operators can realizar mechanised of 5 axles with hygiene and ease, keywords that define to this model.

The model MX-850, the second machine of the series MX, developed to satisfy requests eat: a maximum size of the piece of D850 x H450 mm (1,8 times (volumetric) elder that the MX-520); and a weight of 500 kg (2,5 greater times that the MX-520).

The centre of mechanised MX-850 is built of compact form but ensures a high rigidity and a zone of mechanised and capacity of sufficient work.

It has three types of available table:

- Normal of D500 mm.

- Optional of D700 mm.

- Optional of D500 mm mm + flat table.

In addition to the husillo standard of 12.000 rpm, there is two husillos optional

- 20.000 rpm for the mechanised of high speed .

- 15.000 rpm (350 Nm) for the mechanised of high resistance.

Of this way can face up to the wide range of requirements of the customers.

The distance from the leading part of the machine to the centre of the table reduces to 500 mm to improve the accessibility and guarantee a good manejabilidad during the installation.

Also it incorporates exclusive systems of Matsuura:

- IPS: System of Intelligent Protection of Matsuura, that allows to facilitate the operations of mechanised of 5 axles, even the most complex.

- MIMS: Intelligent system Meister of Matsuura, that now employs an operating system with a screen of tactile signpost of 15 inches what improves the operating capacity and facilitates the installation, operation and maintenance stop save hand of work and power.
