Matsuura MAM72-35V
Machining center: versatility, coupled with high speed and precision
The Matsuura MAM72-35V allows for maximum production flexibility. During the day, attended operation, it is capable of producing high value-added and prototypes, and overnight runs, in unattended operation, long series of low cost. This versatility, coupled with its high speed and precision, are the key to a machine tool able to communicate both in the aeronautical sector, BioMed, the motor world or the manufacturing tooling and tools.
The working height is 240 to 300 mm and the floor area means a reduction of 7% on the previous 35V. Spindle diameter is 170 mm, which reduces interference during 5-axis synchronized machining. They have control of the machining of Matsuura, system systems anti-collision IPS (Intellgent Protection System) and MIMS (Matsuura Intelligent Meister System) system.
The chip is managed with a set of 5 nozzles of taladrina and, as optional equipment, spiral extractor and an automatic dustpan.
The 4th and 5th axis drive distribution of components that makes the table compact but gives it rigidity and speed. By biapoyado design and installation of Motors 'Direct Drive' in the B and C axes offers high speed and durability.
For the anchorage of the pallet has relied on the Coromant Capto C6 system, this system has a greater precision in positioning and repetitibidad.
It incorporates a new interface and a touch screen 15-inch control panel. The functions and operations of the machine sorted by categories appear in the display. This helps to avoid errors and a reduction of 35% in the number of 'physical' buttons on the machine. Also it is designed thinking of the environment with an eco mode interface.
There is the option of incorporating a type automatic changer 32 or PC40 Tower. These unique arm changers allow pallet change in 24 seconds. Tools changer can accommodate tools up to 350 mm in length and 80 mm in diameter and 10 kg of weight. 60 Series tools changer there is the option of incorporating a 320 or 520 tools automatic changer.
