Everything in this machine is designed in pro of the functionality, from the change of mould to the visual control of all the hydraulics and electrical components.

On the other hand, the system of control and supervision is composed by two industrial PC, the first responsible of the supervision of the machine, while the second occupies of the management of the sources of entrances and exits and to realise the functions of regulation and control of the movements.

The modules of entrances and exits are connected to the PC of regulation through a BUS series or also through TPC/IP with his protocol of communication. The connection between the PC of visualisation and the PC of regulation, effects by means of a connection TCP/IP based in technology OPC. The series Newton controls also through remote access. The OPC resolves one of the characteristic problems of the systems of automation; the communication and the exchange of data between applications and diverse systems.
