The most recent model, of action of lanzadera with sealed background, possesses innovations that continue the leadership of this machine and situate it in front of the competition. The servo motors replace to the previous hydraulics mechanisms. The servos control the speed of the rollers of entry and of exit in addition to the vertical movement of promotion and descent of the cabezal. Equally, they control the distance of trip of the lanzadera.
Of another side, with the use of the servos in the rollers of contact avoids the on tension of the film during the sealed. With this minimises the possibility to distort and to break the coil. The servo controls of pressesure of the cabezal as well as the one of control of the distance of trip of the lanzadera, ensure precision and capacity of repetition. In the same form, attains precision with the union of the lanzadera to the servo engine of the linear actuator.
