The lathe CNC MW200G of Muratec, company represented by Machinery and Services, S.A., (Maquinser), is frontal and of double cabezal with loaders robot.
It incorporates system totally automated of high speed and high precision. It consists of a dish of 10” of diameter designed for the production with precision of middle-sized pieces like differentials of transmission, steering wheels of alternator, gears, poleas, etc., with an automation of the work and line of compact planning.
The power of the engine of the husillo is of 15 kW/30 min x 2 and a speed of the husillo of 35-3.500 rpm. The number of stations in the turret milling machines is of 10 x 2.
