The installation plast-compactadora of the series HV developed by Herbold Meckesheim, company represented by Commercial Schneider, is appropriate for the agglomeration of all type of thermoplastic materials (PET, PE, PP, PS, PA, Polyester, PVC, PC, ABS, XPS and material composed of all class).

The installation transforms in granules of high material density with low density like bulky scraps of film, films, folios, plates, fibres, filaments and foamed.

The material heats only by heat of friction, and like this agglomerates with the minimum temperature and thermal sensors degradation. The final product remains flowed, with a high density and free of fine by means of tamizado. The size of granza of the final product can vary according to the specifications of the customer.

Thanks to the short period of permanence and the sinterizado special of the material without that pass to fusion, obtains of bulky materials of difficult fluidity a prime matter of quality that can go back to reutilizarse directly partly or even to 100%.
