Volcano Simatherm IH 070
Induction heaters: for heating of small and medium-sized parts up to 80 kg
The heater IH 070 simatherm is suitable for heating small to medium parts weighing up to 80 kg. The unit works extremely efficiently thanks to induction located outside coil. IH 070 model comes equipped standard with three bars, a temperature probe and heat protection gloves.
-Available for 230 V/50-60 Hz, 115 V/60 Hz, 100 V/50 - 60 Hz. - very compact construction.
-For parts with diameters of 20 to 400 mm hole
-Weight total only 35 kg.
Induction heater IH 070 simatherm serves to heat bearings and annular metallic otraspiezas. Due to the thermal expansion of the inner hole, the piece can be mounted on the shaft without applying force. For heating, parts can be inserted in the coil or the horizontal crossbars.
The choice of simatherm induction heater depends mainly of the dimensions and the weight of the piece that should be heated.
