Gravimetric dosing: the mixture more accurately
The Gravimax Gravimetric dosing is presented with a mixing container of brand new material, which prevents the creation of static charges in the mix. Generally, the master mix or different material combinations have a tendency accumulate static charges, which worsens with the prior process of transport or movement of the mixer. This still causes problems to achieve a homogeneous mixture and has a direct influence on the outcome of the dosage.
Mixed with "load pallets" integrated vessel produces a uniform mixing with different components, which previously have been dosed with precision with the specific method of Wittmann RTLS (= real time scale).
Wittmann has developed the line of gravimetric blenders with a unique dosing system reaching the dosing more accurate and reliable.
Easy operation values of ingredients are introduced as a proportion or percent via touch screen.
Change of recipes without stopping the production materials data, indication of the progress.
Storage: 100 recipes; inventory reports.

Highly precise metering valves. Valves flow only, made of stainless steel for highly abrasive, extremely fast, efficient and reliable applications. The main ingredients and additives are measured with precision to obtain the desired setpoint.
Interchangeable steel hoppers auto closing of the valve mechanism facilitates cleaning and color change. Hopper has been designed especially without parts that restrict the flow into the hopper. Two convenient handles facilitate the manipulation of material hoppers.
The range of equipment Gravimax can mix from 80 up to 1,500 kg/h, with a maximum of 12 components.
