Generators for ultrasonic systems: with simple user interface
The series of DCX provides the highest power density and multiple form factors, providing a high level of flexibility to system integrators. Fourteen models are available in two formats (horizontal and vertical) and three frequencies: 20 Khz. 1250, 2500 and 4000 Watts; 30. Khz to 1500 Watts; and 40 Khz to 800 watts. Generators can be combined with an actuator or a converter / booster / sonotrode to form an ultrasonic head designed for continuous service or automated production systems.
The user interface is designed to provide users, simple but effective, access to operational functions and Diagnostics at the touch of a button. The front panel interface includes amplitude settings, measurement powers, status indicators and an Ethernet port service, which allows the user to communicate with the generator through the OBD interface global Branson on bord.
The proven platform for digital communication with width of closed-loop control provides significant benefits in terms of performance, consistency and higher productivity, especially in applications that require a high level of control of process, quality welding and high performance.
Branson global UI program allows the user to access the generator through a standard Internet, such as Internet Explorer navigation software. The user is able to remote communication with the generator, allowing the configuration of the product and diagnostic system, among other functions.
