Fast change of the cabezal of impressesion
This system requires a cabezal and additional impressesion, in addition to two supports for the cabezales of impressesion. This simple operation of change of the cabezales of impressesion, effects in less than 10 minutes. The optimum combination can be obtained with two lines complete offset and a cabezal of additional impressesion. The new cabezal of impressesion MO-4013 has now his own engine of drag that it synchronises with the movement of the mandrinos portapiezas by means of encoder and electronic controls.
This allows to modify easily the synchronism between the cabezal of impressesion and the mandrinos, to end to decorate with 1 or 2 sectors of impressesion according to the exigencias of the customer. The P.C./PLC Of the MO-4013 (highly sophisticated) can include
