Drilling tips: special steel according to ISO P materials
It brings together outstanding resistance to wear and excellent tribological properties and also allows an optimal recognition of wear. The coating is based on a structured TiAlN multilayer and is made using a PVD process. The coating is characterized by its hardness, significantly increased compared to the current generation of coatings. An extremely smooth surface of the cutting material guarantees an excellent performance of friction and considerably reduces the formation of abrasion resistant cutting edges. The surface of the plate, an exclusive blue, indicates to the user the main field of application ISO P, machining of steel.
Applications:-for drilling, and multiple drilling in several layers in any material of steel parts.
-Especially suitable for mechanical engineering general, for large-scale production, and automobile industry as well as for the aeronautical industry and aerospace.
