The disks of tronzar of Pferd guarantee optimum results of tronzado. Depending of the material to work and of the type of machine, there is available three lines, each one of them with distinct characteristics of performance. This differentiation allows to satisfy all the tasks of mechanised, being able to choose the user the disk of cutting more appropriate for each work.

The line of big exigencia SG-Plus offers the maximum in quality and performance. It is especially developed for the industrial uses more demanding. Roughly 80% of his executions are designed for the new generation of machines of high power.

Of the four models of SG-Plus begin by the manufactured in steel. With a thickness from 1 mm until 2,8 mm has different applications according to this thickness. In the 1 mm is thought for the tronzado fast, almost without rebarbas (sheets). With thicknesses of between 2,4 and 2,5 mm allows a high length and a tronzado fast (universal). Finally with a thickness of 2,8 mm achieves a maximum length and high lateral stability (profiles and material macizo).

The disks manufactured in fine steel-stainless with 1 mm, 1,6 mm and 1,9 mm are thought for the tronzado fast, almost without rebarbas (sheets). With thicknesses of 1,6 and 2,3 with diameter of 115 achieves a long length and a tronzado fast (universal). Finally, with thicknesses of 2,2 and 2,8 mm achieves a maximum length and high lateral stability (profiles and material macizo).

The disk manufactured of fine steel has an only thickness of 2,9 mm. It applies for tronzar big sections of smelting in fine steel. It achieves a maximum length and high lateral stability, and is thought for his use preferably for amoladoras angular powerful and of stable revolutions.

Finally, the disks of smelting with a thickness of 3,4 mm serve for tronzar big sections of ironinging of smelting (grey smelting/nodular). It achieves maximum length and high lateral stability. Preferably they use in amoladoras angular powerful and of stable revolutions.
