Moretto Has launched a range of small dehumidifiers designated DryAir for the treatment of hygroscopic materials allocated to small productions of technical components.
The range of mini dryers composes of three basic models: D1T, D2T and D3T, instrumented with isolated hoppers of stainless steel with cylindrical form. Said geometry guarantees an ideal treatment, also thanks to the distributor of flow.
The range handles a system based in the utilisation of the zeolites, produced on purpose for the treatment of the polymers and for the elimination of the molecules of water.
Besides, the system of two towers autorregeneradoras, with principle pressesure-swich, guarantees a constant performance of the team.
The air of process obtains of the installation of distribution of the air compressesed and when being filtered by the zeolites turns into air for the treatment of deshumidificación. The regeneration pressesure-swich uses a pneumatics installation very complex, but allows a remarkable saving of power because Dry Air does not use resistances for the regeneration.
