Controllers of system: with control improved of the vibration
The controllers of system R-30iA incorporate the only concept “plug-in options” of Fanuc Robotics, which allows flexibility for specific configurations for any application, while it keeps common elements for all the users of the system. They offer a control improved of the vibration, reducing considerably the times of acceleration and deceleración of the robot, attaining time of cycle reduced.
They integrate a system of vision 2D to accelerate the installation of applications of vision, this system can be easily updated to a system of vision 3D.
They provide a simple load and download of programs of the robot to the server; Ethernet incorporated (100 BaseTX); I/Or-link of Fanuc (Master); function of ecouriers like option and Fieldbus (like option).
The exits/gone in (I/Or) are electrical signals through which the robot can control the harp and other external tools. It is necessary also for the communication with external machines (for example machines CNC) which the robot have to load and download.
They calculate automatically the flexión of the arm caused by the gravity and the acceleration, and compensate it. The absolute precision of the robot is improved thanks to this only characteristic of Fanuc.
They present refrigerated by external air for a maximum efficiency and circuit of internal air entirely sealed.
They can handle until 40 axles that use motors Fanuc (divided in until 5 groups; a group can control until 9 axles), such as 4 arms of robot + and 4 auxiliary groups of axles.
