Controllers of robotic system: with system of vision 2D integrated cheese cheese
The controllers of system R-30iA matt offer a size reduced for the robot LR mat 200iC. They provide a system of vision 2D integrated cheese cheese like option to accelerate the installation of applications of vision, can be easily updated to a system of vision 3D.
They allow a simple load and download of programs of the robot to the server. They incorporate interface PCMCIA inside the controller and a connection of interface in series (RS232C, RS422), this allows I/Or-link of Fanuc (Master), Ethernet incorporated (100 BaseTX) RS-232 standard (changeable to RS422) and Fieldbus optional.
The exits/gone in (I/Or) are electrical signals through which the robot can control the harp and other external tools. It is necessary also for the communication with external machines (for example machines CNC) which the robot have to load and download.
They need less than 1 minute to start (and even less with only the basic software). In case of blackout the program of the robot reinicia much more quickly that with any program based in PC (the operating system is not Windows); the function of continuation hotstart allows reiniciar with hygiene and continue the production after a blackout, does not do lacking to redo all the movement; chequeo only of tolerance when continuing, in case of any interruption of the program, the robot memorises automatically his position before the failure, when the program continues, checks if the robot has moved out of the tolerance preestablecida, this avoids movements and unexpected collisions.
