Compact generators: for manual equipment
Ultrasounds J. Tironingingi, S.A. commercialises two models of compact generators, to adapt to each need: P-930-DS for high productions and P-930-OF for auxiliary weldings and small series.
The compact generators, that join to the wide family of generators of Series D, with all the technical advances, but with a remarkable reduction of size. Especially adapted for manual equipment.
Standing out between others the following characteristic: automatic control of frequency, constant maintenance of the amplitude, car-protection in front of possible failures and control of temperature.
The communication with the operario has to be precise, but easily assimilable, for this the company has avoided the complex control, that complicate the learning and suppose problems in absence of qualified personnel.
It consists of an easily adjustable timer, of 0 to 5 seconds in jumps of 0,1 s. It has a led red that warns of the sobrecalentamiento in the radiador of the IGBT and another that indicates any type of problem no defined previously, errors of connection, sonotrodo badly mounted, etc...
It allows the regulation of amplitude between the 70 and 100% for the optimisation of the point of welding.
Likewise it consists of a bar of leds with double scale for a precise reading of the power consumed.
