Designed to operate in environingingments of half and high production, the centre of turning Romi GL 240M is an agile machine, with high speeds of trip of the axles, for his use in different types of application. Thanks to his robust construction, is appropriate for the mechanised to full power. His bancada monobloque is contrived to absorb the strengths of cutting and the vibration. It provides a better finishing of the pieces, durability of the machine and tools of cutting.

The team has table and transversal car, with support in linear guides of ultra speed, fast advance of 30 m/min, and a good precision of positioning and repetibilidad. The inclination of 35° of the group allows an effective evacuation of the shaving, that contributes for the thermal sensors stability of the machine.

Also it has of tower tool holders of 12 positions, with the disk and standard support VDI of fixed tools and accionadas, that provides flexibility for the taladrado, milling and threaded. Besides, it is instrumented with CNC Fanuc 0i-TD, of high technology and confiabilidad, with screen of 10,4” of LCD in colour.
