Carding plate: for angle grinders of electronic control
Carding of Pferd dish for machining of surfaces and deburring. In addition to carding plate with hole for stationary use on CNC machines, machining centres and use robots, Pferd offers carding plate with 14 thread for surface machining and deburring of materials. This is important since these cards can be used with electronic adjustment angle grinders.
This type of card clothing is characterized by its greater aggressiveness since its construction allows a bristle density significantly higher than of the traditional carding. They can be used about both stainless steel and aluminum and plastics.
Pferd has form carding plate of SiC with 2 types of filaments silicon carbide; round or rectangular. The of round filaments are suitable for finishes of surfaces while the rectangular filaments are better for those applications which require especially aggressive carding.
The carding plate ø 75 mm are supplied with 14 thread and ring support. This ring prevents the bristles to be opened, reduced its detachment and increases the aggressiveness of the cards. When bristles are worn to the ring, retires this ring in order to use the bristles to the end.
