Walter Tools Iberian commercialises the tools Titex with technology XD for taladrado of deep orifices without desahogos, that answer to the increasing need of tools for these functions. These tools of carbide with internal refrigeration contribute the maximum provision.
It treats of a broca helicoidal of hard metal with supply of refrigerante internal ideal for the taladrado of deep orifices. These broaches helicoidal can use in the majority of materials and are very tolerantes regarding the type of refrigerante. During the rotation, the shavings are expelled of the orifice by the propeller of the broca. Of this way achieves transport of safe form and without atascos shavings like the produced with materials of long shaving. It is possible also the mechanised in dry or applications that use a minimum quantity of lubricante.
