Axis multifunción: with electromandrino and with turret milling machines
The axis B (IS-B) is a unit multifunción that integrates processes of lathing centres and of mechanised, increasing enormously the flexibility of the machine. The axis B is motorised with a servomotor without mechanical game.
The electromandrino is motorised by a servomotor coaxial integrated of last generation (synchronous engine).
The system RV-B is the combination of the table axis B, with the turret milling machines superrápida of servomotor SM-BR, for mechanised frontal and of back machining.
It has of 12 tools, but does not need of exchanger of tools, and the change of position is very fast.
Duplomatic Has of a software to have a conversation with the turret milling machiness with servomotor and electronic card, of such form that detects exactly any error and facilitates the preventive maintenance. It is possible the connection via internet with the turret milling machines from any computer connected to the network.
