Automatic machine for the opening and casting of sacks: controlled by a PLC of easy use and programming
Centrotécnica Accepted the challenge to find a viable alternative to the opening and manual casting of sacks of material; and it has been the signature designated like exclusive agent in Spain and service post sale authorised by the manufacturer of this machine. The solution found designates Laborsave, one schemes totally automatic for the opening and casting of sacks. The load of the pallet with full sacks and the download of the pallet empty is realised by an operator with a carretilla levadora, transpallet or similar. The rest of the process is realised without human intervention. In each cycle, Ayalit subject mecánicamente the upper layer of sacks (even if these are not perfectly ranged or positioned), which are transported through some rotary presses blades that open them entirely. The sacks are agitated and castings in a hopper colectora, with a half percentage of casting of the 99,9 percent, and transported neumáticamente to the place of application or storage. The empty sacks are downloaded in a separate manifold and compressesed.
The time required to download a pallet is determined by the capacity of the pneumatics system that transports the prime matter to the silos of storage, or to the zone of production. It schemes it can easily download an average from among 10 and 20 sacks by minute, and until 600 kg/h, according to models of machines (several available capacities).
The use of mechanical subjection of the sacks suspended allows that it schemes it was adapted for distinct varieties of sacks (Nylon, yuta, polipropileno, paper, paper/polietileno, etc.).
The team Ayalit is controlled by a PLC of easy use and programming, that allows to control all the parameters of the system. Also it is possible to install in the silos of storage sensors of minimum and maximum level, and of this way control the operation of the machine to keep the silos full and automate even more the process, with systems of load of pallets full by means of strip lung, download of pallets empty, etc.
