DMG Mori Ibérica, S.L.U. - CNC turning centers

Gital (Gildemeister Italian) centres now in the automatic lathes Multislide CNC, the Multislide 42 with capacity of bar of 42 mm and the Multislide 60 for pieces of maximum 60 mm of diameter.

The lathes Multislide CNC MSL 42 and MSL 60 present like compact machines for an efficient and economic production in series of simple pieces and of half difficulty of brass, aluminium and steel. The aim of these machines is to substitute the innumerable conventional lathes monohusillo by machines more productive. It is the case of the series MSL, that stands out by one more than convincente relation price / performance.

The standard version of both machines includes six axles CNC and four places of tool for the mechanised simultaneous, as well as two trucks crossed. Expanding the standard version, Gital offers a version advanced of the machine MSL with three trucks crossed and turret milling machines with husillo pick-up integrated cheese cheese. Besides, the version advanced offers capacity for maximum 14 tools, as well as the possibility to use three of these tools for mechanised backside. With the adjust of tool controlled to CNC for trucks crossed 2 and 3 and with the turret milling machines, achieves a maximum flexibility and a high level of performance. This equipment also allows internal applications of turning CNC and operations of complex turning for the mechanised backside.

The series Multislide complete the range of products of Gildemeister Italian and, thanks to the enormous potential of sales, marks an important strategic milestone in the continuous growth of the group. Therefore, the steering of Bergamo projects to reach a volume of production of more than 200 units by year to half term with this generation of machines.
