The Flowcon is the advanced flow controller automatic which assures the quality of molding by the control and monitoring (alarm) process temperature, increasing quality, productivity and efficiency of the moulding process.
You can read the temperature steadily thanks to the different sensors available.
Some of the benefits provided by the regulator is the temperature control of mould precise and stable by automatic control, microprocessor-controlled precision ±1 ° C, up to 8 zones can be controlled individually, one advantage of tolerance in the display can be adjusted. If the temperature exceeds the tolerance activates a buzzer or alarm contact.
If no sensor may be used in one of the cooling circuit, this circuit can be controlled auxiliary (linked to another circuit). In addition, impulses of activation cycles can be programmed / fixed deactivation for the water flow.
The operating cost is minimal because it is not necessary to perform the service of pumps, pumps gaskets or cooling coils.
