More than 100 exhibitors and 3,000 professionals participate in EasyFairs modern catering 2011

EasyFairs 2011 modern restoration, the Hall of the urban food, collectivities, Catering and Vending, will open its doors on 16 and 17 February at Ifema - Feria de Madrid. Six months of its celebration, the event has exhibitors confirmed as Electrolux, Etirol or Ilpra Systems, within the sector of machinery and equipment; container and packaging companies as graphics Beyco or group Bdeb; Waters Sierra de Cazorla, Casty, Conservas Isabel, Croexa and Europastry within the sector of food and beverages; and companies of catering as Degerman, who will present their innovations at this annual meeting of the modern catering.

In addition to food, drinks, packaging and machinery, this event also participate exhibitors of vending, hygiene and cleaning, textiles and uniforms, Dinnerware and tableware and management technology and computer science. In total, is expected to more than one hundred exhibitors and 3,000 trade visitors will share the latest trends and industry solutions.

Moreover, EasyFairs restoration Moderna, will offer free training through the learnShops seminars the audience. Recognized professionals involved in more than 20 specialized conferences and success stories. The session was coorganizan along with FEHRCAREM, the Spanish Federation of chains of modern restoration and Ainia (Centre for research and technological development of the agro-food Sector). The program includes demonstrations and tastings.
