' Pascal: from the farm to House ', elected best project of the 5th meeting national strategic technological centres

The project was chosen as part of the V Fedit national encounter of technology centres ' Pascal: rural house ' for best strategic project of the contest, which took place in late May. The award-winning proposal is aimed at the protection of the cultivation of the rice plant to the penetration of the Pyriculea pathogen grey using new environmentally sustainable mechanisms through the use of biopolymers on the surface of the same. The members of the winning Group belong to the IAT technological centres, Itene, Ainia, Innovarcilla, CTAG, Ite, Cetemet, L'UREDERRA and AICIA. These have received a netbook computer and the game innovation Innoplay, which has launched the Center Technological IAT, one of the sponsors of the Encuentro.Los project SPIDER-MAT and cold Solar have been chosen finalists for this award. The first seeks to reuse organic waste by means of a bacteriological treatment to obtain a material with mechanical properties, advanced, similar to the Web. The second aims to create a system of solar air conditioner through microcanalización in ceramic exterior walls of buildings.
The award ceremony, framed in the closing event of the V national encounter of technology centres, counted with the presence of Emilio Pérez Picazo, President of Fedit; Juan José Moreno, director general of University policy of the Ministry of education; and Juan José Beltrán, director-general of the Institute of promotion of the counseling of universities, companies and research of the Government of Murcia, future site of the sixth edition of this meeting. As for the completed call, the Spanish Federation of technological centers (Fedit) assessed very positively the results of this annual event, which this time took place in Seville, both in terms of number of participants referred to their development. In addition to this award, over the three days of duration of the event took place a round table, a workshop on techniques of creativity and innovation and technology fair, among other activities.
