The new positioner of one or two axes Rasch Control, equipped with functions of PLC, has, according to the model, up to two tickets for incremental or absolute SSI encoders, three analog outputs (range: 0-10V or +/-10 V), three analog inputs (range 0-10 V), and RS232, RS485 or CAN communication port. Also easy to use, thanks to the elements of interface that incorporates its front panel: numeric display of high visibility (2 x 8 red digits), graphical display backlit for access to menus, configurable ready keyboard for an easy job for the team and led indicators of State.
This positioner needs not PLC or auxiliary displays incorporates them the team itself. Also, it has 16 inputs and 16 programmable outputs for management of core functions in different types of machines, as well as other 8 inputs/outputs free to adapt them to more specific functions of each manufacturer.
Multiple applications
Rasch Control can be used in machinery for sheet metal shears, folding, presses, cylinders, curvadoras of profiles, punching machines and flame cutting, as well as machinery for chip startup: tronzadoras, lines of cutting machines, grinding machines, lathes and milling machines. In addition, this positioner can be used in diverse machinery such as machinery for wood, robotics and dosage, handling of containers and packaging.
