The Administration of EE UU uses the term 'Food Defense', 'Ddefensa of the Foods', for englobar the activities associated with the protection of the national supply of foods. The concept has extended to preventive measures, but of forced fulfillment, that the alimentary companies, also Spanish, have to implant to reduce the risk of a possible intentional pollution in the supply of foods to EE UU, as well as the certified by the norm IFS.
