Ainia Organises an on-line course on materials and systems of packaging

Ainia organises the 4ª edition of the on-line Course on main materials and systems of packaging with the aim that his customers ensure the level of quality of his foods through the container and besides know how choose the best material and the system to pack it saving costs. Materials that use to pack, the design of the container, the processes of manufacture, processes of filled, systems of packaging, the properties of the material, the interaction between the container and the food, etc., are some of the subjects to treat in the course.

The container has a function irremplazable in the products and the need to combine a lot of attributes: resistance, hygiene, adecuación to the rule, be attractor trucks and besides that it ensure the quality of the food, and have some costs controlled... They are a lot of appearances to take into account. For this, Ainia tries to give a global vision of all this organising the on-line course on the alimentary container that engloba a vision macro of all the related with the technology of alimentary containers. The course of 80 hours begins on 5 May and finalises on 14 July 2014. Engloba Contained on the materials and his properties: paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, etc.. The design, the processes of manufacture, the interaction between the container and the food, etc. And especially will centre us in the adecuación of the materials that use to the requests of the foods.

Ainia Tries to give a global vision of everything in the on-line course on the alimentary container that engloba a vision macro of all the related with the technology of alimentary containers.

To optimise the container and ensure the level of quality is crucial to know the materials and suitable system of packaging. The course will offer a general learning on the main requests of the packaging of foods through a study in detail on the materials (metal, glass, paper, cardboard, plastic), properties of the material of each one of these containers and typologies of containers used in the manufacturing of foods and his peculiarities, the systems of packaging more representative (system leather-pack, packed in atmosphere modified ‘System BDF', aseptic packaging, thermal sensors treatments, pastaurisation, sterilisation, etc.), will do a review of the new technologies, processed of manufacture of containers, characteristic and essays in containers and tendencies of packaging, will tackle the material interaction and container and migrations and the innovation in the design of containers.

Is a course applied to the packaging of foods and given by technicians of Ainia that develop projects of investigation related with the alimentary container: interaction pack-product, active packaging, biopolymers, minimisation of waste of container, new material nanocompuestos with improvement of the properties barrier to the gases, studies of characterisation, active packaging, functional, biodegradable materials, etc.
