Ainia Participates in the consortium of technological companies to increase the global hygiene of Europe

The alimentary sector is one of the 3 main axles of performance that marks the project, given the social impact that can suppose actions malintencionadas and threats to the supply of foods. The protection of these threats is extending in the last years to the alimentary industry through a preventive approach, even of forced fulfillment. The work in this area will direct mainly to generate new methodologies and technologies to verify the resistance of the alimentary chain in the stages of processed and distribution of foods in front of this type of threats as, for example, the pollution malintencionada of foods by toxins or microorganisms.
The collaboration of Ainia in this initiative will centre in moving his experience in the application of methods of evaluation of risks (vulnerabilities), as well as in the development of technologies and systems of information interoperables and the application of devices for the management of crisis and communication of alimentary alerts. Besides, for testar his correct operation, Ainia will coordinate the pilot proofs of the systems developed to national level in the stages of distribution of the alimentary products, with the participation of companies of the sector.
