The system consists in the conjoint production of biogás and biodiesel in a same installation from oils of fritura, rests of food of restaurants and undone of alimentary industries (dairy, hortofrutícolas, cárnicas…). The prize recognises the value of the system proposed, considering it a viable and sustainable alternative to the traditional gestión of waste agroalimentarios and of the channel Horeca.
