These Palletizers automate all the palletizing process for any type of traypack and format of pallets.
These loaders are fed by a few chain conveyors. A return cross picks up the boxes, placed them into layers with the labels on the outside of the pallet and put the boxes in the conformation of roller table. Pneumatic clamps then pick up the layers and place them on the pallet. The evacuation of the pallet is automated and performed either frontal or cross.
To increase the production of the formation of layers, a Stacker's traypacks are positioned front cross back.
