Fillers capsuladoras Rotary presses: by caudalímetros
Group of filled of rotary presses operation for the bottled of any product with independence of his viscosity and conductivity (water, juices, oil, detergents, etc.).
System of filled by caudalímetros: as it was the product, the caudalímetros will be mechanical of oval wheels, magnetic or mass, of high precision, with taps of filled opening and perfect closing. The group is formed by a system of control and a caudalímetro by each valve. It has of a deposit to feed to the valves by means of a small manifold situated on the caudalímetros. The system works without creating pressesure in the bottle and with a light pressesure in the deposit. Because of the small number of functional elements of the machine, the cycle of filled is of easy cleaning.
The bottles go in to the group of filled by means of a star and attach by the neck by means of some pinzas, dosificando to distance or from the bottom, according to the product was espumoso or no.
- Deposit, pipes of entrance of liquid and taps are built in stainless steel.

For the closing of the containers, carries joined up a capsulador automatic for caps of plastic with closing to pressesure or thread and metallic caps (pilfer-proof) with closing to thread, forming a monobloc with the llenadora, composed of hopper of accumulation of caps, distributor-orientador of caps, ramp of descent and disk of closing to pressesure or turret milling machines of closing to thread.
