Which is the most important regarding number of requests and turnover?

The technology and the equipment of Matriçats
The technical means of Matriçats include systems advanced CAD/FALL/CAM/CAQ for design and programming. Besides, it has of technology for applications of reverse engineering, like the equipment of digitalisation laser 3D.
The workshop of matricería of the company has centres lathes and milling cutters CNC and conventional, in addition to a wide range of machinery to cover the industrialisation of the process, including the manufacture of the toolings, the matrices, the automatisms and the special machines, as well as his back specific maintenance. “Have exclusive productive means in the sector of the filling of the stainless steel and other metals, prepared for short series, average or long”, adds the company.
His customers can have of a park of hydraulics presses and special mechanics for deep tooling+tooling+cut, with different ranks of tonelaje and dimensions of table, exceptional for a company of our characteristics: thicknesses of 0,5 until 20 millimetres, embuticiones deep until 600, tables of presses until 2.600 millimetres, tonelaje until 1.600 tonnes with hydraulics presses and until 650 tonnes with mechanical presseses. “If the project requires it can implement automations”, aims.
