Tunnel of dried (precalentador)
The tunnel of dried uses for precalentar in continuous thermoplastic materials by circulation forced of air.
It is built in stainless steel Aisi 304, with variable capacity from 50 until 600 litres, totally isolated and projected to ensure a very simplified cleaning. They can be instrumented with vacuums.
To choose the precalentador more ideal multiply the hours of dried necessary in kg/h. The tunnel of dried has to have an equal or upper capacity to this value to be able to ensure a sufficient permanence to obtain a dried complete. The capacities are calculated taking in account a specific weight = 0,6 kg/dm³.
