Regulator of automatic discharge
The new Flowcon is the new regulator of automatic discharge that ensures the quality of the process of moldeo by means of the control and supervision (alarm) of the perfect temperature with which increases the quality, productivity and efficiency of the process of moldeo.
The sensor for the temperature of the mould can place in the line of return also for quantities of small discharge without using any by pass, thanks to the logic of high performance.
The valves solenoid type pistón with a diameter of big seat ensure the operation, even when the quality of the water is bad.
Some of the profits that contributes the regulator is the control of the temperature of the precise and stable mould by means of automatic control, a precision controlled by microprocessor ±1 °C, can control until 8 zones individually, can adjust an advantage of tolerance in the display. If the temperature surpasses the tolerance activates a buzzer or contact of alarm.
If it can not mount any sensor in one of the circuits of refrigeration, this circuit can control of auxiliary form (linked to another circuit). Besides, they can program cycles of impulses of activation/ fixed deactivation for the flow of the water.
The operative cost is minimum because it is not necessary to realise the service of pumps, boards of pumps or serpentines of cooling. Flowcon Keeps the temperature to a level in which it does not produce condensation of water, what avoids the frequent cleaning.
