With three extensions of products, Hasco reacts in front of the increasing demand of moulds of injection with a better behaviour in front of the wear and an useful life more prolonged.

The classical expulsor cylindrical Z40 has optimised thanks to the revestimiento DLC for productions in white room and, therefore, does not need lubricación.

The revestimiento DLC provides a high superficial hardness obtaining of this form an useful life longer and, therefore, a minimum wear. The expulsor with the denomination Z400 will go out of the warehouses like standard component.

Another extension of the program will take place with the Z4650 expulsor laminar with radii in the outline. In addition to the advantages mentioned of the revestimiento DLC, in the workshops will manufacture the expulsores laminares normalised with radii in the corners of 0,2 mm. In this way, it disappears the work that supposed the manual adaptation of the element of expulsion.

Thanks to the clear-cut geometry, can manufacture already in the phase of production and of precise form, the necessary radii in the postizo of figure minimising of this way the adaptations to realise. The combination of a precise external geometry and of the revestimiento DLC applied already in factory, guarantees a long useful life, time of fast cycle and a clean production.

With the column guides Z040 Hasco continues of consistent form with the production without lubricantes. Using coatings DLC disappears the need of slots of lubricación. The surface guides continued and, therefore, uninterruptible of the columns is a guarantee for a guided practically without wear.

The property of slide of the revestimiento DLC employee, reduces the coefficient of rozamiento to such an extent that practically it can exclude a wear between the casquillo guides and the column guides.
