Direct traceability systems: location of a product through a registered identification
Traceability is the ability to reconstruct the history of use or location of an item or product through a registered identification.
System of direct traceability (STD) of Ipargrama guarantees the traceability of each shipment identifying material and documents that accompany it through the NTI (Ipargrama direct traceability number) that relates the OF (manufacturing order) which in turn is the identification that factory uses to ensure traceability.
In classic traceability system, material and documents that accompany it, are identified by number of wash, that although it is related to the chemical composition of steel, not has it with the transformation process as a wash is made up of many OFs (manufacturing orders).
