Deep holes: for any type of part cylindrical drill
Deep drilling shafts IMSA MFT/MFTB machines have been designed for boring parts as trees camshaft change shafts, nozzles, Oilers,... in short any cylindrical part with deep drilling.
These two ranges are customizable according to the depth of drilling, the diameter, number of chucks, and from individual drilling, to automated production lines machines; proposing solutions for loading and unloading automatic.
Unlike MF series, for the drilling of blocks, machines of the GFM series / MFTB put in rotation both the bit and the piece to be drilled. This system guarantees a perfect centering of the bit about the piece, with values of axial 3 times better than without this system.
As the need for two methods of drilling can be used:-method "punta canon".
-"BTA/STS" method for the MFTB series.
