The centre of mechanised DS300/70C combines the advantages of the mechanised fixed with those of the mechanised of rotation.

The bancada is manufactured in steel soldered and stabilised. The cabezal and the column are of smelting Meehanite.
All the guides of the axles are instrumented with skate of rollers accionados by husillo of recirculation of balls, double husillo endless and servomotors.
This centre of mechanised is instrumented with pallets of 600 mm x 600 mm. Mounted and fixed on a continuous rotary presses table totally programmable, with servomotor and encoder angular of high precision.
The tools are mounted on ones carries-tools of type TG2000 conceived and patented by Trevisan Macchine SpA Utensili. East carries-tools guarantees a maximum rigidity put that the tool fixed on a support of big surface during the work, what allows operations of desbaste of hard metals ensuring at the same time a maximum stability of the tool.
