Diverting bridge: optimum cooling
The Hasco diverting bridge Z9645/… is a further development of the proven Z 9641/… diverting element.
Through its special ergonomic characteristics, it is suitable for a diversity of applications and also ensures fast, easy and space-saving assembly.
The diverting bridge can be mounted on the outside of the mould. Through the closed Viton component, it ensures tightness across plates of different sizes.
Through its flat form without any protruding parts, the diverting bridge ensures maximum flow cross section of the channels and thus excellent cooling of the mould. Through the elongated holes, it can be positioned variably for optimum flow of the cooling channels. The dimensional stability of the Viton component is guaranteed by the corrosion-resistant brass housing.
