The virgin oil extra of Magnasur triumphs in the Chinese market

The company jiennense Andalusian Oils of Sierra Mágina, trading company of oil of virgin olive extra with Denomination of Origin Sierra Mágina, has attained in the two last years an important positioning in China, a very complex market for the extra virgin, but with a potential of future consumption that it can be the solution of the increases of production of the world-wide olive grove.

Samuel Carrión, manager of the company, affirms that although the majority of marks of Spanish oils are going in in China via price, “we are achieving to defend the quality of the virgin oils extra that produce our partners, attaining a suitable reward and a positioning to keep growing in the future. And for this is key to achieve quality through the effort of our agriculturalists, of the work of our almazaras and of the differentiation of the stamp of the Denomination of Origin, very recognised in the external markets”.

This commercial bet by the quality, has motivated that the envasadora follow increasing his sales in the Chinese market, where pretends to close the year with 60.000 litres of extra virgin with Denomination of Origin sold, in addition to having been recognised in the last years with the prize ‘Pregonero' of the Denomination of Origin, to the greater commercialisation of oil of extra virgin olive packaging.
