Oil of virgin olive extra: of low acidity
Oil of big quality and without defects, of low acidity (0,2% max.), with some properties organolépticas that allow to enhance the flavour of the guisos and of his culinary manufacturings. Economic and versatile container, adapted to each frequency of consumption.
Characteristics:
- Type of olive oil: mix of 20% Arbequina, 20% Picual, 20% Hojiblanca and 40% Cornicabra.
- Period of harvest: of 15 November to 15 December.
- Method of recolección: traditional in shape manual and mechanised.
- Colour: yellowish green.
- Maximum acidity: 0,2%.
- Method of conservation: keep the very enclosed bottle and in cool place, moved away of the direct light and of the heat.
Comments of cata: aroma to mature green vegetables, eggplants, tomatoes. Afrutado Light, sweet and retrogusto prolonged slightly almendrado.
Presentation:
- In bottle of clear glass squared of 250 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml.
- In bottles of PET of 1 litre and garrafas of PET of 5 litres.
