CNH Industrial se desprende de su división de láminas de polímero

CNH Industrial ha completado la venta de Raven Engineered Films Division (EFD) a la firma de capital riesgo Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), con sede en Evanston, Illinois (EE UU) por 350 millones de dólares (unos 331 millones de euros).

Raven EFD, con sede en Sioux Falls, Dakota del Sur (EE UU), es un proveedor de películas y láminas de polímeros de alta ingeniería para aplicaciones agrícolas, de construcción, geomembranas e industriales. Sus productos están diseñados para labores críticas y promueven la sostenibilidad al proteger los recursos naturales.

CNH Industrial contó en esta operación con Goldman Sachs y Barclays como asesores financieros y con Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz como asesores legales.
