Under the global epigraph 'Promotion and capitalisation of solutions of valorisation of waste in the industry agroalimentaria of the Sudoe', the project Provalue pretends to identify the solution of valorisation more adapted for each type of pertinent residue of the industry agroalimentaria and evaluate the costs of implantation of this solution, reinforcing like this the competitiveness of the sector agroalimentario and his capacity of innovation; and reducing the environingingmental impact. During the days will put in value the results of the project Value, and will identify the interest of the companies assistants in solutions of valorisation of waste/by-products of the industry agroalimentaria, covering all type of sectors (transformed vegetal, cárnico, fish, oil, etc.). Besides, they will expose cases of success in valorisation of by-products of processed vegetal for the obtaining of fibres applied in sauces of tomato and breads, and polifenoles, of application in cosmetic products, creams and soaps; as well as of derivatives of the production of olive oil and cool plums and raisins for the obtaining of biogás, among others subjects.
