Citoliva Discovers in ‘Andalucia Flavour' the imaginative nuances of a maridaje singular

The Technological Centre of the Olive grove and of the Oil, Citoliva, participates in the IV edition of Andalucia Flavour, that celebrates of the day 16 to 18 September in the Andalusian capital, to offer to the consumer the opportunity to discover new culinary and sensory experiences through the maridaje with oil of virgin olive extra, with the aim to contribute surprising aromas, flavours and textures. Of the hand of the Denomination of Origin ‘Sierra Magina' will present the ‘Citoliva Gold Experience', a tasting-maridaje starred by the oils of virgin olive extra protected by this denomination. Directed by the expert in sensory analysis and boss of the Signpost of Tasting of the Technological Centre, Mª Paz Aguilera, will treat to help to the public assistant to discover the perfect harmony between the citrus notes of the orange, the bitterness of the chocolate and the excellence of the oils of virgin olive extra of the denomination jiennense. These juices characterise by his flavour frutado intense of green olive, with memories to green vegetables of tomato and artichoke, notes of green grass and a touch bitter and spicy.
